Excellence in Labor Law since 1972
Law Firm Alleva was born from the experience of a group of young labor lawyers from the CGIL who, in the early 1970s in Bologna, started a pioneering experiment of legal assistance to workers, under the guidance of Lawyer Piergiovanni Alleva, unanimously considered one of the masters of Italian Labor Law.
In 1988, having become a Full Professor of Labor Law, Professor Lawyer Piergiovanni Alleva opened his own law firm, turning it into a national reference point in labor, trade union and social security law.
Law Firm Alleva & Partners specializes, in general, in the defense of public and private sector workers, fully respecting the principles of formal and substantial equality under Article 3 of the Constitution and without any distinction based on trade union membership or non-membership.
In particular, the Law Firm provides qualified assistance to executives, managers, insurance agents, bankers and workers in the so-called "white-collar" category.
Law Firm Alleva & Partners has always pursued the goal of providing specialized assistance in the fields of labor law and social security, providing a tailored legal service to each individual worker in the phase of opinions and consultations, assistance in out-of-court dispute resolution and jurisdictional defense in labor cases, at every level of judgment, before the Magistracy.
