The representation of Alleva & Partners Studio in Hungary was born from the professional activity of Lawyer Francesco Alleva of the Bologna Bar (Italy), exercising the profession of Italian and European Lawyer, with patronage at the Supreme Court in Rome and at the Court of Justice of the European Union.
Alleva & Partners Studio (founded by Prof. Avv. Piergiovanni Alleva in 1971) specialized in Italian Labor Law, Commercial Law and International Law has the headquarters of the Legal Studio representation in Hungary located in 1052 Budapest – Bécsi ut 5, chaired by Avv. Francesco Alleva.
Avv. Francesco Alleva currently holds the position of Exclusive Professional Representative in Italy of the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Pest County and Érd.
At the Italian Institutions in Hungary, Avv. Francesco Alleva held the position of Vice President of the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Hungary, with a Special Delegation for "Relations between the Chamber of Commerce and Italian Institutions in Rome" and a Special Delegation for "Institutional Relations for the development of the Hungarian dock of the Port of Trieste".
He also held the position of Member of the Co.mi.tes Hungary Board, of which he was the founder.
Since 2016, Alleva & Partners Studio, through its representation, assists Italian companies in Hungary, also holders of exclusive patents, who want to invest in the Hungarian territory, with particular attention to legal and tax aspects during the project development phase and, during the implementation phase, collaborating with colleagues (Italian and Hungarian) for the purpose of finding financing and Hungarian partners.

- promotes meetings, visits and B2B between European companies and Italian companies at their Italian offices or the Hungarian office, enhancing its network of chamber and professional contacts;
- carries out the promotion and assistance of joint ventures between Italian, Hungarian and other European companies, also following the search and procurement of national and community funding;
